Thanks to innovative automation technology and many years of experience, we are able to implement your individual requirements from the dimensional drawing to the finished product in record time. Whether it’s a matter of products for mechanical engineering, the packaging industry, semiconductor technology or other industrial sectors, with our state-of-the-art milling machines from Hermle and specially prepared milling tools, we can mill even large quantities with repeatable accuracy. Almost 80% of the demand for our milling production is for aluminum, but we also machine all the other usual materials such as chrome steel or plastic.

To ensure that we meet your requirements in terms of delivery time, quality and cost efficiency, we use the most advanced milling processes in combination with innovative automation. We have the technology available with a total of five Hermle 5-axis milling machines (C400) to create your milled parts. Furthermore, we have additional Hermle milling machines in various designs in order to master even special solutions in premium quality. Our quality assurance with state-of-the-art measuring equipment and 3D measuring systems guarantees the highest accuracy in our production process. Thanks to thorough work preparation, programming with a CAM system and testing using a milling simulation, we ensure that there are no complications in production and that exact delivery dates are met. Thanks to the high degree of automation, we are able to machine individual and series parts tailored to your requirements, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also attach great importance to sustainability and cost efficiency, which is why we use one of the most modern lubricant control systems. ZG Fluid-Check Pro monitors, organizes and controls the supply of coolant to our systems around the clock. This, in turn, ensures comprehensive internal automation and maximum operating efficiency so we can reduce machine downtimes to a minimum—which ultimately benefits our customers.
